With our advanced water jet machine, provided by Water Jet Sweden, Geraedts is able to cut through a wide variety of materials in 2D. Water jet cutting is perfect for accurate cutting of, among other things, glass, ferro-and non-ferro metals, rubber, textile, synthetics (like letters for light advertising), elastics, composites, stone, wood and sandwich materials.

Water jet cutting is environmentally friendly, and because of the high accuracy it has the possibility to cut the most complex of shapes. This offers a great number of possibilities for industrial designers. Also is water jet technology very suitable for Rapid Prototyping. In a short matter of time we can produce multiple prototypes.

Depending on the material, our water jet cuts with or without abrasive (mineral/moulding sand). Water jet cutting is possible up to a maximum thicknes off 150 mm, depending on the material. The maximum processable surface measurement is 3100 x 1510 mm.

Orders are processed by the machine on digital designing plans in DWG and DXF format. Every other kind of design is digitalised first. If necessary, Geraedts provides in all the special creative and technical support.
